Return & Refund Policy

At Preserve East, we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns on unused, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of use.

To initiate a return, please email us at tara@preserveeast.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different design. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Pre-Order Items Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tara@preserveeast.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Digital Downloads All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
